Shirley E. Baenen
Shirley Baenen is a Designated Broker and a Certified General Appraiser, with over thirty five years experience in the Real Estate industry. Shirley holds a BA degree in Real Estate from Washington State University, and has completed the masters program required courses in Organization Development from Central Washington University. She has earned the Certified Property Managers (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Shirley's teaching experience includes classes in Real Estate Fundamentals, Real Estate Practices, Appraising, Brokerage Management, Business Management, Property Management and many seminars. Along with partner, Bob Corl, she has developed and instructed online courses for ten years for the community college system in Washington State. Together they have also created systems and manuals for both the real estate and appraisal industries for professionals as well as for students of the community college system.
