Introduction

Shirley Baenen, along with her co-developer of the online courses, Robert Corl, has developed the qualifying courses for real estate licensing. These courses can be used for continuing education for real estate professionals. These courses will be offered at Bellevue College during 2010. As web links become available they will be added to the course descriptions below.

In addition, Corl and Baenen have developed the appraisal courses necessary to register as an Appraiser Trainee, and the educational requiements for a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Washington State. All of the Appraisal Courses meet the course content recommended by The Appraiser Qualification Board of The Appraisal Foundation for the courses required prior to registering as an Appraiser Trainee and to take the Licensed or Certified Appraiser examinations in many states. The appraisal courses are not state specific, so check with your state to see if they meet the prelicensing requirements.
